Telkom Telkom Telkom. The worst ever excuse of a network provider. I’ve been trying to get my SIM card month to month contract cancelled for the past 8 months and you guys are still debuting my account. Do you guys have an idea of what you are doing to our credit ratings?? Do u guys even think or u just want to debit. Do u guys think it’s it’s normal to have so many angry clients?? And you just gonna sit there like nothing happened?? Are u guys gonna ignore these requests?? For the past 8 months I’ve talking to useless consultants who have no clue about anything, moving to your abnoxious managers who have a stinking attitude and have no customer service whatsoever. I first spoke to a supervisor called Charmaine Maseko who **** to me and said I should send her an email of which she never even responded. Till to date. From there it’s wasPulane Mrasi who said to me she be lodging a cancellation request and she also never did. I further spoke to Eunice who told me the same damn ****ing story and she never did , and all along you ****s are debuting my account? I’ll expose you guys. I’ll put you to shame so that everyone can know exactly what kind of ***********, ******* and bunch of fools you are. Watch the space.
