*********** as expected!

I have for the past 6months been trying to get my parents internet speed sorted! They have a 4meg line but ever since they signed up with u its on been running on 2meg. Ive call too many god damn tyms to rem everytym some says they have reset ports and this bull**** and that bull****...run speed tests and every damn thing but **** all actually gets done! My parents are old and not technologically savy so ive been trying to sort it out but everytym we get a ref number and nothing happens! Are you going to sort the prob out and refund them for charging them for a 4mg line yet they only have a 2mg speed or do I have to go to ICASA with this complaint?
