*********** and wastage of money

We have a telkom Data SIM that We use for our router. Its a prepaid SIM and was sold to us as an LTE SIM Data card. We bought a R99 5gig data on the weekend of the 26/09/20 and it was was finished before 2 weeks even though we're only using 2 phones that are connected to the Wi-Fi. On Sunday the 11th of October we had 900 mags left on the SIM card but it didn't want to connect, for it to work I had to buy again. I bought another 5gig data on that same weekend and guess what, today I woke and I was left with 2gig of data when I checked and just after 12pm it wouldnt connect and then i again checked it shows 700mags of data left but it won't connect barely a week and our data has run out... I did send a query on the telkom website and no one called me till today.
