*********** and rude Telkom staff

After reporting a fault with Mweb, they proceeded to log it with Telkom on their side and sure enough. the telkom technician named Tshepo arrived at my premises. He then proceeded to tell me that their "was nothing wrong with the line and that my current router was not "strong enough to hold the signal and if I upgraded to a VDSL router then I'll have the speed"

I went and paid R2000 for a VDSL router and when connected, NOTHING CHANGED. So the Telkom technician named Tshepo not only did NOT do his job, he cost me R2000 as I repeatedly asked him if he was absolutely certain that was the problem.

This is unacceptable
