*********** and pathetic services

I app**** for a new ADSL line early Jan, 23 Jan they come to install line and advise theres a fault. I called and logged the fault. 29 Jan i called again and was advised a manager Nkoseli Wonga would call me back - alas, no call back. 5 Feb i called again just to find out they closed my fault. When i enquired why they could not give me a reason. I managed to speak with 2 excellent consultants Curby and Karlin who assisted me and transferred me to Nonhlanla Ngiba who advised a technician will come out 9 Feb and she gave me email address if i have more queries. The technician couldnt fix this as there was an underground cable issue. i emailed Nonhlanla twice on 19 Feb to follow up and alas, no response. I then called on 20 Feb again to the same number i have been calling the past month, just for them to tell me they cant help me - I spoke with Paul then Tshepo then Aphilele Mapumulo and how rude these three were, they did not care about my issue, made false promises, no way of speaking with a client and still had attitude with this. I eventually got through to Hamida Ebrahim who advised all managers are in meetings till 10h00 and at no point can a manager (hers being Ntombizethu Nxumalo) leave a meeting to attend to an irate client. I challenged this as i too am a CC manager and will leave any meeting for a client, but no, at Telkom, their meetings comes first. Hamida did end up assisting and advised her managers manager will call me back, heres to hoping this actually happens. Can someone please contact me to advise what the issue is and how long this is going to take as i am seriously tired of having to call after you and no one can tell me what is actually going on. If you dont want my money then just say so!!!!!
