*********** agents, cut me of! no manager callback

I called in the sales Telkom call center for an adsl line query, I had to wait 20 minutes to get through to someone... when I do the agents just put you on hold at every chance, how frustrating? <br> I then get smses to state that the installation is going to take place during the next week and that's not what I requested! A delivery was made to my house without even notifying me or requesting me to be home?<br> <br> when I called to query I got cut of by 3 agents, transferred from pillar to post.. apparently all the team leaders and managers were in a meeting , no one was available to speak to me? seriously? this is the service you give to your customers? <br> I requested a callback from a manager... that call is yet to be made<br> <br> Completely disappointed at your lack of service delivery, I would of expected more.....
