If there was a rating of zero i would us it. Your agents are unable to assist a customer. Each department says you need to speak to the department that you just spoke to. How the hell are you suppose to achieve something if the agents are to F@#$# *********** to assist you! Also you have to wait on average 15min before your call gets answered. You guys are really *********** and that we need to pay you for it.
