No service at all. Wifi down but there is NO call agent to even help. The chat site also can not help at all. This is the most useless bunch.

Chat agent says to phone 10210. If you call to log a fault they tell you there is no agents available it is outside the call times. But the chat agent says the agents start at 08:00. Incompentent as always
