The incompetence of the staff is baffling! It's been 4 months and my issue has not been resolved, the incorrect contract was deactivated, I'm paying for 2 services - 1 has not been active since MARCH the other was meant to be migrated which wasn't, instead we were given a completely new package. After calling approximately 8 times, NOTHING has been done correctly! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!
