I've been trying to get wi-fi uninstalled in my boss' home. I've tried the online 'talk to a tech' option-USELESS. I've tried the 'call me back' online option-USELESS. Phoning the call centre is an absolute waste of time - after holding for 45 mins, the call gets dropped.<br> This is pathetic! Their customer service is beyond ****ty!<br> And I still need the wi-fi uninstalled...<br> Where do I go from here?<br> Who do I contact?<br> After getting the wi-fi uninstalled I will never deal with this *********** company EVER AGAIN!
