I cannot express my disappointment in this company enough, OMG the call center agents cannot assist me at all, the contact numbers and email address that I'm given is all invalid. WHAT THE HELL?. I am a victim of ***** and would love to do a simple thing and report it or lay a complaint to my surprise that is MISSION IMPOSSIBLE with the people. to my surprise not even their stores answers the phone, so that means that I will have to go and wait a minimum of one hour in their store queues.
