4 months ago I was promised my LTE account would be cancelled within 30 days. Since then I’ve been promised on multiple occasions that the cancellation department would get back to me. Surprise, surprise - that has never happened and I’m continually billed for something that I’m not even using! Incompetence perfected. For shame. Don’t trust this network. Their rates are good but service leaves much to be desired
