We have had the most shocking experience converting from ADSL to Fibre. Telkom has the most *********** staff that I have ever had to deal with. NO-ONE knows what they are doing! Its a disgrace. We had Vuma fibre installed on 8 May 2018 and we are still waiting to go live with Telkom. I don't recommend anyone ever using Telkom.
