Telkom takes the cake for the most *********** service provider in the country - we have been out of internet for 2 full months - since the beginning of march we have been trying to get reconnected after our router had an error and its now the 8th of May we still haven't received any help. All we keep getting from Telkom is reference numbers and order numbers , promises which are never met for weeks on end , we decided to move and relocate our lines still that was a problem to even get technicians to come install them took weeks and when they finally came they installed the lines incorrectly . After that we were given a ref number to wait for 72 hours for them to come and re- install , still nothing , its been a week now we are still waiting , when I phone in I get some lazy , rude consultants who by just talking to them on the phone you can just hear it in their voices they do not want to work or they are just having a bad day . The system is forever offline and queries are never resolved. I want Telkom to know for as long as they do not do their job , they will not get a cent from me until they do what they promised they will - Service delivery , I have reference numbers and order numbers I cannot even count and not even 1 solved case ! sies Telkom you are pathetic.
