<p>On the 4th May 2016. Went to Telkom for upgrade on my phone. They put a new contract on my husbands pay as you go number. My phone still not upgraded. And now we pay for extra contract we dont need. Phoned 3 times already they still struggle after more than 3 weeks to get it sorted. But when month end comes they want the bill to be paid. Not the first time struggling with Telkom</p>
