I went to telkom in mafikeng mall in the north west province to open a contract on a Apple Macbook Air that I saw on their catalogue and it was advertised with a MIFI router, when I get to the store they told me that I won't be getting the router instead they are giving me a ****le because the catalogue was printed by mistake, it wasn't supposed to be a router. Then I called the head office and spoke to one consultant who said to me the people in mafikeng store are lying and they should give me that router because it is what I saw on the book. Then I called the mafikeng store 6 days after I was approved for the contract and they said they are ordering the laptop, when I called to check on the status of my laptop they tell me it is out of stock. Which made me wonder when where they going to call me to tell me that if I had not called them myself. I am very disappointed by the service of telkom.
