4 weeks age my iPad got ******. I blocked my sim. And had to wait for insurance to pay out before I do a Sim swop. I was never advised to call a call centre or bring my id for that matter. I have been sent from pillar to post and was promised yesterday that my sim will be activated by 12 pm today. Still waiting. Can someone that can sort my issue out pls help I'm posting for a service that I am not currently using because no one can activate my new Sim!!!
