Incompetency of consultants

I have app**** for the data deal contract and they delivered the simcard on the 13th December and said the simcard will be activated within 72hours.To this day the simcard is still not activated and I have been phoning everyday they transfer me from one person to the other. Other consultants doesn't even seem like they know what they are doing. Every time I am being told they escalated the matter to the relevant department it will be active within 24hrs.Today is the 31 December and still not been activated. If they treat their customers like that then they might as well cancel the contract since they are soooo ***********. I am super mad and frustrated
