Incompetency is a real issue! Waiting since April for a telephone line.
I've been waiting since April for a telephone line, just a telephone line!!!! This is exactly why I won't EVER use Telkom as my ISP. First they cancelled my order because they couldn't get hold of me (because they mixed my info up with a lady in Pretoria, phoned them twice after receiving smses with wrong info to correct it) Eventually a technician came out but he couldn't reach the pole with his ladder so he said they'd come back in two days.......got the sms for the appointment but nobody pitched. So I wasted two days of my leave and still no line! Really pathetic service!

03 Sept 2017, 17:15You can take your line and shove it, the technician came out a day after the appointment was supposed to be, and of course I wasn't home. So after arranging to get off work early to meet the technician he phones me and tells me he doesn't have a jobcard for this job and thus can't help me. Tired of the empty promises and excuses, going to get fixed wireless from Afrihost as they are a professional outfit and they actually want my business. No idea how Telkom gets to be the official sponsor of speed. Pfffff
