Incompetency at its worst

<p>I received a call this morning from a legal firm to inform me that Telkom has handed me over to them to collect outstanding funds. This pertains to a matter that has been resolved during December after battling for more than a year to sort it out.</p> <p>Seems like Telkom never saw fit to see to it to resolve the matter internally. I do not, nor did I a year ago, owe any money to Telkom. Numerous Telkom representatives have contacted me to profusely apologise for their mistakes and were very sorry for the inconvenience they caused me.</p> <p>Now I have to deal with this nonsense again. I am being contacted and asked to pay the money allegedly owed to Telkom. Why has this matter not been reconciled off their records as resolved?! I should think that after struggling for more than a year due to incompetency, they would have rectified their errors.</p>
