INCOMPETENCY!

Telkom has the worst customer service ever. They rip us off and do not have any care to assist us when it comes to this altercations. We are unable to get assistance and the only thing they have on us is that we have contracts. TELKOM IS ***********! I have a contract with them where the sims are not allocated the data and minutes that we are paying for, they do not debit when they are supposed to, but at the end of the day we all know that the contract has to be paid up regardless.
