Incompetency

I went to a Telkom store at the Pavillion mall to port from MTN to Telkom, a gentleman assisted me and told me that i will be able to use the network in 24 hours, but it was not ready, so i decided to phone Telkom and they told me that the request to port is not on their system, how *********** is that now im sitting with the network i dont want to use because Telkom cant assist me.
