Incompetence,billing errors.

I tried calling Telkom,numerous times …until I decided to visit the branch.They let me use their phone to get my issue resolved.The lady who was “supposed “ to help me via a phone call…couldn’t answer a single question that I had.Wasted 1hour of my day because of *********** service.

Needless to say my issue,still hasn’t been resolved.
