Incompetence with telkom and its employees.

I have a landline contracted with telkom. I used the landline for almost a year paying a muximum of R300. To my dismay from last month February I was expected to pay R900 which I paid but after I tried to lodge my complain with them without any success. I requested a statement to no avail. Now I'm expected to pay R2000 which I don't understand and don't have. If they claim is data how come for before I have a router I was paying less now why this heavy amount without any statement to refer to.. The line in question is ***.
