Incompetence they name is Telkom

Firstly Telkom continues charging me after I ported my number to another provider because I need to tell them that they are no longer providing me with a service and hence cannot charge me. After some fighting my account was credited but they did not submit this to the bureau and my credit record is now impaired and they make getting hold of them near impossible.
