Incompetence service from Agent

your customer care agent by the name of Timello Mphahama who is in team leader Tomi Venter's team. That consultant is the sorriest excuse for your poor service that you currently have. I understand when the business gets high call volumes but doesn't mean that agent can drop the call while i need assistance... I called in today at 8am to load data , i asked for 10Gig she told me its R99 she kept me on hold for long than rudely dropped the call this frustrated me as you guys were getting high call volumes i had to call back again in call center to get assistance i use my WIFI for work purposes. When i called back again was very angry the consultant who was helping me told me that 10 GIG is R149 as per my package, so Timello Mphahama gave me wrong information.. Train Timello Mphahama she needs to go back and learn Benny and Bettey as i believe she's very incompetence. your service is currently poor with consultants or agents like Timello Mphahama train your Agents please!!!
