Incompetence - rating minus 5 stars

I wishI can give a minus rating. I’ve been struggling to sort out our connection for a whole month. The service is bad - and calls to your center are constantly dropped mid call. Then I have to start it all again. Your agents are unhelpful, and they just don’t give a damn for your clients. Managers never phone back. We’ve har our landline disconnected without our consent and our internet package changes without our consent. Leaving us with out a service, that hard earnes money pays for!

Appalled.
