Incompetence of the highest level

I have an ongoing mobile contract with this company and on the 20th December 2024 they debited my account with an amount of R2 213.46. Despite the debit order they suspended my account and everytime I call to inquire I am told it will be activated in 7 working days as they are waiting for credit section to allocate the money. They want me to understand that their Credit Section havent allocated the money while I am suspended. Think twice before subscribing to these *********** bunch and I am not surprised why they have been performing so bad for years. I am definitely going to cancel this joke of a contract.
