Incompetence of Telkom mobile

I have ported a number 3 years ago, and in this year of 2023 around November I have noticed that I am no longer receiving phone calls, and sms but I could phone, any network I then decide to go to Telkom to get this matter resolved, unfortunately I have been send from post to pillar with no luck of assistance, instead I told that the porting never happens, but I have been using the services of Telkom for the past three years, which indicates the incompetence of the employees or system, can I get assistance with this cause I use the number for business.
