Incompetence of Telekom and its employers. Statement not send to clients.

I did write a review about the incompetence of Telcom. Lt was send in March to date I never got any word from them.. I'm sick about telkom they wait to take us to wherever they think. I can't pay what I have never used or else they must send a detailed statement for 6 months so that we compare the billing. Failing to do that let them take me where ever there feel fit. But I'm too disturbed Telcom must learn to employ people with knowledge of their work..
