Incompetence of Staff

The service at Telkom shop - Brits Mall is unsatisfactory. I visited the shop on the 28th Sept and had to wait for over 2 hours due to Staff incompetence. What made matters worse was that the queue was very long and Tellers were frequently outside the shop sorting out their personal issues, the Shop is lost of the time running with 50% of Staff
