Reported fault on my lte in July have phoned 21 time very time they promised to call me back and yet no response I'm still paying every month and can not use the service i phone today again and yet no one can help me . incompetence of note and unacceptable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
