Incompetence just to CANCEL a telephone line!!!

The worst service ever!!! Very quick to sell a product but extremely *********** to attend to any queries. Quick to suspend your line when you have paid but their accounts department can't even allocate funds to the correct account. Customer Service absolutely useless and don't even get me started on the call center. One simple action to do to cancel a telephone line and that can't even be done!!!!
