Incompetence is affecting my credit score

Telkom is at it again, now affecting my credit score due to their incompetence. After I get one debt collector off my back they just hand the matter over to another. Issue is that I`ve cancelled my telkom services in 2019 then someone at telkom decided to un-cancel some of the services without my consent (The un-cancelled services are useless as all three are required for an internet connection - Just shows the incompetence, all of which I have proof off). I`ve wasted hours of airtime phoning them to inform them about the situation but nothing gets done. I`m luckily possession of a voice call recording where the telkom employee literally states that telkom was in the wrong and that they in fact owe me money as I`ve been billed (And I`ve paid) for services not rendered. Maybe if I can #WIN some money I might afford legal advice to get telkom off my back as they are negatively affecting my credit score for no reason.
