incompetence, ignorance and spiteful

<p>Telkom and Open serve. What a useless combination. My business have been without internet for a few days and eventhough I have have logged the fault nothing has happened. I have phoned and begged for them to assit me with the internet and line that is down. Please do not be surpized but absolutely nothing has happened.......not suprized. Yet again if you have a monopoly you do not have to provide any client service what so ever. Funny how they ask for a survey if they want to help but never when you have an issue with their incompetence and ignorence. P.s. they will bill you when the fault lies with you....can we bill them if the fault is with them, especially if it is directly related to Telkom's incompetence.</p>
