Incompetence from the consultants

The service is really poor and the consultants have made incompetence a norm,it really sucks to say this but they really need to change their ways of service as this will affect their customer retention,definently wouldn't recommend opening an insurance for your device with them,its easy to open it but when it comes to closing the insurance,there are delays which is really unacceptable
