incompetence
Its so infuriating to deal with staff that are so *********** that you want to put your hand thru the phone and just smack them. I requested my debit order to be canceled. I pay the account monthly via EFT. But no. It just cannot be done. Bunch of useless idiots

24 Jan 2024, 13:53Once again the shocking and non existence service at telkom is apparent. I called your billing centre. Number you provided and they cannot stop the debit order. The sheer frustration of telkom is evident in the caliber of staff that are employed there. I am still incurring charges from debits going off a dormant account because of your incompetence and poor work ethics. Absolutely disgusted with telkom . i am paying this account via left monthly by the 3rd. Stop any further debits on my old FNB CHECK ACT
