Incompetence : Cannot receive or make calls for the past 6 days

I did a number swap to link my contract services to my prepaid number. This was done on the 21/06/2019. The consultant said that issue will be resolved in 10 minutes after the call. I have since spent at least 4 hours on the phone with call center consultants trying various methods to resolve the issue. I can not receive or make calls. I use my phone for work and business and a turn over of more than 6 days to resolve this issue is unacceptable. I still cannot receive or make calls and I was told to just wait it out as if I haven't been waiting this out for the past 6 days. This is highly unreasonable to expect someone to not have full services and use of their phone for more than 6 days.
