Incompetence at Telkom!

Extremely unprofessional and *********** employees!

Firstly, you get marketing personnel hounding you unnecessarily but when actually trying to make a purchase, no response is received! I put through an online request for upgrading my mobile contract and no call back was received. If unable to deliver on requirements during lockdown situations then make it known! And provide feedback!

Then after putting through the order in strore, I get called to collect only to then be told that i have to come back. Absolutely useless!!!!!!!
