INCOMPETENCE AT ITS BEST !!!

Telkom has given me the worst service over the past couple of days. I did a sim swap on thursday the 21st of Nov .. its now 5 days later and my phone is still not working . The ladies at that springs mall Telkom shop have no idea what they are doing and don't care about their clients. I have been going there and no one has bothered to help me they all just keep telling me that my "order is stuck" If you people fail to help with a simple sim swap, what happens when someone has bigger issues? what if Im conducting business from my cellphone which hasnt worked for the past couple of days ? what if Im in an undesirable situation and need a help asap, how do i make a call ? ... the minute you guys fix this I'm porting to a different provider because you all unreliable and totally not worth the trouble
