Incompetence at its best!

Telkom systems went haywire and disconnected the call divert on my line. It proved of no use to report a fault, to sent emails, to speak to supervisors. We run a B&B and cannot sit at the phone 24 hours a day. Options left? Leave Telkom after 30 years
