Incompetence at its best

The worse humans on the planet. I paid for a relocation and I have been waiting for more than 14 days with no fibre.. the sales refers me to technical refers me back to sales. They consultants don't know their jobs and everyone has a don't care attitude.. one consultant was so rude and unpleasant, she should be ashamed. I'm still waiting for Team leader thapelo to get back to me...
