Incompetence at call center

I have been battling with telkoms call center for the last 3 months after they suspended my line cause i use wrong ref number i have emailed the proof of payment to 2 differnt consaltants at the call centre Slindle and Boatle but yet no resault and not the first time I have had problems with the service provider all i ask is they must do what they say
