Incompetence and unprofessionalism

I am utterly disgusted with a specific agent at the n1 city branch. Went in to telkom to apply for the april special. This agent didnt pay attention to what i wanted. Standing talking nonsense to her colleagues while she is supposed to be attending to me. Application gone in. I had to phone the call centre to find out whether my application had gone through. And this is a week later after not hearing anything from the agent. I go to collect my device to find out she only sent the application for the one device and not the full combo that i had requested. So now another application had to be filled out for the tablet. She doesnt LISTEN. This was enough to get my blood boiling. Either telkom must send her for training again or get rid of her. She is not front desk material. Im disgusted.
