Incompetence and stupidity!!!

My mom was phoned by a Telkom person in regards with the "new" FLLA because of cable (copper) theft blah blah blah.... The phone was delivered by courier early in March 2019 and sins then until now (4 April 2019) after, I think at least 9 calls, no one can activate the simcard!!!!! Pathetic is not the the word I want to use because you are worse than that!!!!
