Incompetence and no willingness to resolve the issue

<p>I have been trying to change/upgrade my account before the expiry period with Telkom. The conversations have been less than satisfactory and i keep on getting directed to the website. I am being treated unfairly as a cusomter with regard to the product . I have practically begged for feedback all I want is something better or different. Secondly i was **** to by an agent who instead of replying to my query pretended to be an automated email address. Pathetic </p>
