Incompetence all round

I am so annoyed by the different people from telkom I have interacted with in the past 3 weeks. I made an order for a fibre (order made in Clearwater mall), signed a 1 year contract which meant I get a router and installation. The guys from vuma came to install the fibre and informed me I needed a router from Telkom and they did not have it it was Telkom’s department. I called Telkom on the 13th midday to ask about my router and was informed it was never ordered and the lady I spoke to took my details and said she had made the order. Today 18th I call for a follow up and they tell me the order was not made. It’s now been 3 weeks since the order was made and 2 weeks since the fibre was installed. I am very annoyed with the incompetence I have experienced. Today I was told the order was made and I’m not even sure when I’ll hear back from Telkom at this point I even want to cancel the contract.
