Incompetence all around

I have waited 3 months for my fiber broadband. Even had a Telkom rep come to my house to sign the forms. Nothing happened. After numerous complaints (and repeated marketing calls for the very same product I app**** for) I am assured that I will get it done within a week. Two weeks later I get a call from your call centre with assurance that the technician will be out the next day. Apparently they will call me first. I make the time to be at home and nobody pitches up. At 4.05pm the technician calls to tell me he will be coming tomorrow. When asked why he didn't come today he first says that he was not in the area. After telling him that the call centre assured me that it will be done today he then says that he did come but nobody was at home. Apparently he honked outside my house but nobody responded. LIE. I took time off from work and was at home all day. When asked why he didn't call he says that Telkom does not allow him to make calls in the field. So he had to go back to the office to call me. I suspect this too is a lie. Hopefully will have fiber broadband tomorrow but it doesn't change that fact that you guys are as useless as it comes. You should be considered as a governmentd department because you function at the same level.
