INCOMPETENCE

They don't even deserve a star!! I cancelled my account with them October 2022, due the constant interruption in service. The confirmed cancellation on top of everything. Now they handed me over for arrears on my account. Seriously one of the most *********** companies ever. Almost as bad as Eskom. Absolutely ridiculous
