Incompetence
After my contracts (***) were cancelled wrongfully they put me on a new contract (***) with the incorrect price plans (R499.68 + R640.48) instead of the original price plans I was on (R379 + R299). I am really tired of this and want it sorted ASAP, I still haven't been refunded for the laptop when they overcharged me from July-Dec 2014. This seems to be the only way to get people to do their damn jobs!
